why we need leadership training in PAKISTAN?
There's much need in Pakistan to equip leaders by training seminars and conferences. As one percent evangelical Christian among more than 245 million people. Pakistan needs trained and learned leaders, in the church to win lost souls.
GFMP is training church leaders in Pakistan.

Our vision is to give teaching and training to Christian to be disciple maker and saving souls by preaching and teaching the Gospel. our goal is in next five-year train about 5000 church leaders. and start at least 1000 churches in Pakistan. We believe that God's Fellowship Ministries of Pakistan will train leaders, who has the power of anointing of the Holy Spirit, to win the lost souls and, to bring people together and to heal the divisions that so often tear us apart.

What does Matthew 9:38 mean?
Jesus, looking out over the massive crowds that have come to see Him, is filled with compassion. They are leaderless and harassed. Many are ready to be spiritually "harvested," in the sense that they are ready to believe in Jesus as the Messiah and follow Him on the path to life (John 4:35). The problem is that there are too few laborers to go out among the people and bring this good news, this gospel of Jesus. Luke 10:2 contains this same statement.
